Adrienne

 Adrienne was born and raised in Dallas, Georgia, and brings over a decade of experience in yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness to the mat. She is the owner of Bee Humble Studio and the steady heartbeat behind its vision—what some lovingly call the strength behind the humble bee.

Adrienne leads the studio’s Yoga Teacher Trainings and retreats, and if the timing (and the yoga gods) align, you might even catch her teaching a workshop. Her approach blends mindfulness, compassion, and real-life wisdom—no fluff, just presence.

Beyond the studio, Adrienne is a devoted humanitarian and animal activist, guided by the belief that kindness is a practice too (and one that doesn’t require a yoga mat… but it helps)

Sarah is an animal and plant lover who finds her balance in nature, travel, and time spent on the trail. Her classes offer a grounding, steady approach to movement, blending mindful breath with an accessible feel-good flow. Whether you’re winding down or easing into your week, Sarah creates a calm, welcoming space that encourages students to move with intention and care.

You can practice with Sarah in Slow Flow on Tuesdays at 7pm and Hatha Flow on Sundays at 4pm.

 LeeAnn brings the heart of an educator into every class she teaches. After retiring from a career as a middle school teacher, she found a natural next chapter in yoga—guiding students with patience, clarity, and genuine care. With a deep love for music and her family, Leeann creates classes that feel both supportive and uplifting, offering a space where students can learn, grow, and move with confidence.

You can practice with Leeann in Yoga Basics on Mondays at 6pm, and Energize on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30am.

 Wayne brings a practical, well-rounded approach to yoga, drawing from his strong interest in fitness and nutrition. His teaching style emphasizes balance, strength, and mindful movement that supports everyday life. As an assistant in our Yoga Teacher Training program, Wayne is passionate about learning, supporting future teachers, and helping students build a sustainable practice both on and off the mat.

You can practice with Wayne in Yoga for Everybody on Fridays at 9:30am and Slow Flow on Saturdays at 10am.

 Imani is young yet deeply wise, bringing a calm, intuitive presence to every class she teaches. Known for her empathy and ability to truly see her students, she creates a space where slowing down feels both safe and powerful. Her teaching invites deep listening, intentional release, and a connection that goes beyond the physical practice.

Imani teaches Long Slow Deep on Sundays at 11am, one of our most-loved classes for those craving rest, reflection, and a full-body exhale.

 David is a devoted cat lover, nature enthusiast, and avid hiker who brings a naturally calm and steady presence to his teaching. His classes offer a quiet, supportive space to slow the mind, settle the body, and reconnect inward. With a gentle approach and grounded energy, David invites students to step away from the noise and into stillness.

You can join David for Meditation on Thursdays at 7:15pm.

 Stratton is a cat and plant lover with a deep commitment to the betterment of humanity. Her grounded, steady energy creates a sense of ease the moment students step into the room. Whether guiding stillness or gentle movement, Stratton offers a supportive space rooted in compassion, connection, and mindful awareness.

You can practice with Stratton in Meditation on Mondays at 7:15pm and Slow Flow on Thursdays at 6pm

 Keon blends fitness, plant medicine, and sound therapy to create deeply restorative and transformative experiences. His work centers on nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and intentional healing. In addition to offering private Reiki sessions, Keon supports the studio by subbing classes as needed and hosting quarterly sound bath events that invite deep rest, release, and renewal.

 Tiffany is an artist, a mother, and a deeply intuitive teacher who brings creativity and presence into every class. Her All Level Flow on Wednesdays at 10am offers space to move, breathe, and reconnect—exactly where you are.
