Request closure in the app or website

Sign in to your Bee Humble Studio account.
•
Open Account, scroll to Close account, and choose Request account closure.
•
Review the explanation, enter your current password, and choose Schedule account deletion.
•
We schedule deletion seven days later. You can contact the studio during that cooling-off period to cancel. Submitting a request does not erase your information immediately.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@beehumblestudio.com from the address associated with the account and use the subject “Account deletion request,” or call 678-337-1024. The studio may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request belongs to you before changing the account.
What happens next
At the end of the cooling-off period, your sign-in is irreversibly disabled, direct profile information is removed or anonymized, saved payment methods and the Square customer profile are removed, and notification devices are revoked.
Upcoming bookings, waitlist entries, staff access, or guardian responsibilities pause the automated step for studio review. Booking, signed waiver, transaction, refund, payroll, and audit records are retained when required for operations, safety, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations.
