Identified feedback may include your account and relevant class context. Confidential feedback keeps that context visible only to authorized Bee Humble administrators and removes identity from teacher reporting. Anonymous feedback is intentionally separated from your account and cannot receive a personal follow-up.

Giving permission for Bee Humble to follow up is separate from giving permission to consider a compliment for testimonial use. Feedback is not treated as publication permission unless that separate consent is recorded and reviewed.

We use information to create and protect accounts, manage classes and waitlists, deliver purchases and virtual-class access, communicate about studio services, support clients, maintain required records, prevent abuse, improve operations, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Bee Humble Studio may allow third-party providers, including Google Ads, to collect or receive limited customer and website-usage information to measure advertising performance and understand whether ads lead to website visits, bookings, purchases, or other actions. Depending on the provider and your settings, this may involve cookies or similar technologies and may include IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, referral or campaign information, and interactions with the website. We do not provide advertising-measurement providers with your full payment-card number.

Where applicable law requires consent, Bee Humble Studio collects and honors that consent before permitting personal information, cookies, or similar technologies to be used for advertising measurement. You may decline or withdraw consent through any consent controls presented to you and may also limit cookies through your browser or device settings, although doing so may reduce measurement accuracy.

Bee Humble Studio uses service providers to run the shared platform. These currently include Supabase for accounts and application data, Square for payments, Resend for transactional email, Zoom for virtual classes, Expo for mobile delivery and updates, Netlify for the website, Apple for iOS App Store distribution, Google for Android Google Play distribution, and Google Ads for advertising measurement. Each provider handles data under its own terms and security practices.

We retain information for operational, safety, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal needs. Some booking, waiver, and payment records may need to remain after an account is closed. A final record-retention schedule is still under studio review; we do not promise a deletion date that conflicts with those obligations.

You can request permanent account deletion from Account > Close account after signing in, or follow the public Account Deletion instructions. A seven-day cooling-off period applies; required legal, financial, waiver, booking, and audit records may be retained after direct profile data and sign-in access are removed.

You may update supported profile fields in your account and can contact the studio to ask about access, correction, or deletion. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but access controls, signed links, row-level database policies, and provider security features are used to limit access.
