Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials private, and contact the studio if you believe an account has been misused. The person making a booking is responsible for selecting the correct attendee and attendance method.

Class schedules, instructors, locations, capacity, and formats can change. Hybrid classes distinguish in-studio and virtual attendance. A booking is confirmed only when the platform shows confirmation and any required payment, package credit, and waiver steps are complete.

Virtual links are for the booked participant and may become available only near class time. Recording is off unless the class information and a separate consent process say otherwise.

Square processes paid purchases. The amount shown during checkout is the amount submitted for payment. Complimentary studio grants do not create a payment charge. All package purchases are final.

A class booking may be cancelled until the class begins. When a booking used a package credit, a cancellation or no-show returns that credit to the client account for a future eligible class. Any monetary refund is exceptional and may be issued only at Bee Humble Studio's discretion, subject to applicable law.

Membership pause, freeze, and early-cancellation terms remain governed by the signed terms for the specific membership offering. Contact the studio before purchase if those terms affect your decision.

Yoga, movement, meditation, sound, energy work, and related offerings are educational and wellness services, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Participate within your own limits, follow instructor safety directions, and seek qualified medical advice when appropriate. Required waivers must be reviewed and accepted before participation.

Do not disrupt classes, misuse another person's account or virtual link, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected studio materials for commercial use, or use the service in a way that harms clients, staff, providers, or the platform.

The service may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. Bee Humble Studio may update these terms as the shared platform and studio policies mature. Material changes will be posted with a revised date.
