New Here
Start where you are.
Whether this is your first yoga class, your first class in years, or simply your first time walking through our door, you are welcome here. You do not need to arrive flexible, fearless, perfectly prepared, or already peaceful.
What to wear
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe
Leggings, joggers, shorts, sweatpants, or anything similar that feels right
A fitted or relaxed top based on personal comfort
Bare feet are generally recommended for practice
If you can stretch, bend, breathe, and rest comfortably in it, it will probably work just fine.
What to bring
A yoga mat, if you have one
A water bottle
Any personal items or supports you rely on
Questions, curiosity, and permission to take the class at your own pace
Studio mats are available for students who are new or forget theirs. Blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
