Start here with Bee Humble Studio.

The website is available now on phones, tablets, and computers. Follow the path that fits you, then use the same account for your profile, packages, bookings, waiver, and communication choices.

Website and mobile apps available now

The Bee Humble website and mobile app are available now for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Every platform supports the same account, schedules, packages and passes, promotion codes before Square checkout, bookings, cancellations, waivers, and support. Purchases through Square are real purchases. Screenshots below use safe sample data and can be enlarged without leaving this guide.

Find or activate your account

Already practiced with us? Start with the email on your existing Bee Humble account and do not create a duplicate. New to the studio? Choose Create Account.

Troubleshooting tip

If your existing email is not recognized, contact support before registering again so we can protect your history and balances.

Step 2

Reset your password

Existing-account passwords did not transfer to the new platform. After Bee Humble creates your invited login, request a secure reset link and choose a new password. The reset link can finish activation even if you never opened the original invitation. New clients can follow the confirmation email sent after registration.

Troubleshooting tip

If no reset email arrives, confirm that the studio has created your invitation, then use the newest link and check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered inboxes.

Step 3

Use your account email and new password on the Bee Humble website or the iPhone, iPad, or Android app. Your account stays connected across every platform.

Troubleshooting tip

If a reset or confirmation link expired, request a fresh link instead of reusing the old one.

Review your profile

Confirm your name, email, phone number, and other account details so the studio can match your bookings and contact you when needed.

Contact support if your account uses an old inbox you cannot open or any imported information looks unfamiliar.

Choose communication preferences

Account and booking emails are separate from optional studio news. Studio news by email starts on and can be turned off at any time; marketing texts stay off unless you choose them.

Security, purchase, booking, cancellation, and waitlist messages may still be sent when they are needed to operate your account.

Read and sign the current waiver

Review and electronically sign the studio's current waiver before your first booking on the new platform.

Your acceptance is tied to the exact published waiver version. Contact support if the signature screen does not complete.

Step 7

Book and manage a class

Browse the live schedule, choose in-studio or virtual attendance when offered, and use an eligible pass or membership. You can review upcoming reservations in My Bookings.

Troubleshooting tip

Enter a promotion code before selecting Buy with Square. Square does not ask for the code again. If plans change, cancel from My Bookings before class begins to return the used credit to your pass.

Contact support

Tell us if an account, package balance, payment, waiver, or booking does not look right. Include the page you were using and what happened.

Screenshots help, but never send a password, authentication code, payment-card number, or full waiver signature.
